This schedule is quite definitive but might still change in the last moment according to Kai-cho Saito Hitohiro’s arrangement. Due to this, please, check this page a few days before the koshukai. Those wishing to take a Dan exam or have a private meeting with Kai-cho Saito Hitohiro should contact Alessandro Tittarelli Sensei beforehand in order to utilize the time available in the best way.

 

Party:

The party Saturday night, 10th Februar, will take place at the "Monaco Sport Hotel" in S. STEFANO DI CADORE, a few minutes away from Sappada.. The beginning is 21.30h. You will receive further information when checking in the Koshukai. If you should have special eating requirements please notify the organization as soon as checking in. There will be a transport possibility for all those who don't have their own car.

The deadline date for those wishing to apply online is February 04, 2007.
The fee for applies until January 31st can be still paid by bank account transfer (Bank coordinates will be provided on the page after the registration form). The fee for applies after January 31st has to be paid 2 hours before beginning of the Koshuaki at the registration desk.

Accomodation:

If you want to sleep free of charge at the dojo, tick the appropriate box on the registration form.

Please consider the seasonal low temperatures of the region and supply yourself with a winterproof sleeping bag. Free to come and go at night. Only participants may sleep in. You may arrive from Thursday 8th and at the latest you will have to leave on Sunday 11th.

Sappada is a well-known place of winter tourism and equipped with appropriate infrastructure. The seminar will take place in the high-season of winter sports. Therefore we advise you to organize as soon possible (not later than end of November) your accommodation (hotel, b&b…). Around the dojo (Palazzetto dello Sport)  there are quite a few bed & breakfasts and hotels where you may choose to stay. 

Some hotels have been booked exclusively for the seminar. Please contact the travel agency which will help you with your accomodation requests and provide a shuttle service from/to airport and station if needed:

Please read this:

If you stay at the dojo, and you want to enjoy nightlife, please be good enough to leave your sleeping bag prepared so that you will do the minimum noise when you return. 
You may want to order food and eat your lunch or diner at the dojo but please leave everything nice and clean after eating.
Cleaning of the dojo will be done before and after every class.

ATTENTION VISA:
We kindly ask you to understand, that Aiki Shuren Dojo Ancona is not able to help you with Visa formalities. You have to help yourself with Visa requests for the entry in Italy.

All participants are advised to follow the seminar rules and aikido customs. Those who may find the traditional Aikido customs and traditions offensive to their culture or religious tradition are advised not to attend.

Manners: No swearing, harsh words or bad manners will be allowed before, during or after the seminar.  Those who wish to look at the seminar may do so only with a written permission from the direction of the seminar.  They must seat strait, get up during the bowing before and after the seminar, and may not talk, write, eat or drink inside the dojo.  Those who do not agree with these rules and do not follow them will be immediately expelled, and will not be allowed inside, again.
Photography / Filming: Filming and photography, if allowed by Sensei, will only be done by the organization of the seminar. On Saturday morning, after keiko, we shall ask for Sensei to take some pictures with us.  If Sensei allows this, groups will then be able to take pictures with him in front of the Kamiza; please be ready with your group members and with your camera and respective photographer long before hand.
Property:  Those who come to the seminar are fully responsible for their own personal belongings and must keep them safe.  Lost or stolen property is not responsibility of the organization.  Please keep your valuables in sight at all times.
Meditation: for the few minutes of meditation that Sensei will guide us through, we will need to seat comfortably, so please prepare jacket, a small cushion and fold up some blankets to seat on.
Aikido passports: if you want the seminar to be registered on your aikido passport, please hand it at the reception table when you arrive.  Passports will be stamped on Saturday, after lunch.  Do not forget to get it back.
