Registration to the Koshukai:
1- Pay the due amount by bank transfer to:
Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica DOJO SACILE.
2- Send the registration form, completed in full and signed, enclosing a copy of the payment and copy of the insurance for Aikido, not later than the deadline of May, 22nd, 2012, by mail or ordinary Post.
You will find all the information on the “registration form”. Beyond that date all costs will increase by 25% and on this page the new online “registration forms” will be updated; they may be submitted directly to the Secretary of Koshukai, a few hours before the Keiko.

The cost of 8 keiko will be €. 140,oo instead €. 160,oo.

Deletion
Those who have already paid the fee but are unable to attend the Koshukai can:
- by the date of May 22, get back 90% of the amount paid.
- by the date of June 7, get back 50% of the amount paid.
- by the date of June 15, get back 30% of the amount paid.
- transfer their registration to another person by contacting the organization and providing all the new documentation, no later than June 19, 2012.

The Koshukai is open to all Aikidoka of any Organization properly insured for Aikido practice. Bring your "Jo", "Ken" and "Tanto".

IT IS POSSIBLE TO SLEEP FREE OF CHARGE IN THE DOJO
The Sports Centre, Palamicheletto, has several rooms available to stay with a sleeping bag. Contact the organization, just a few days before or mark the space on the “registration form”.

INSURANCE
Copy of the insurance for Aikido practice has to be attached to the “Registration form” (a copy of the Federation or Sports Promotion membership Card, valid for the current year is also accepted). Those who do not have personal insurance for the practice of Aikido in Italy can provide in time (before May 22, 2012) by selecting the specific space on the "registration form", paying the fee of €. 6,oo, and producing a medical certificate for non-competitive physical activity that will be handed in original to the Secretary of Koshukai.

FRIDAY DINNER IN THE DOJO
The Aikido Dojo of SACILE has planned a dinner in Palamicheletto
at €. 12, oo: Grilled meat (vegetarian on request) to be held in one of the squares in front of the Dojo.

BREAKFAST
For those who indicate on the registration form will have the opportunity to have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning directly within the structure of Palamicheletto, at a cost of €. 3,oo, for each breakfast.

PARTY
A party will be held on Saturday evening at 20.30 at Restaurant "De CialBrent."

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a house on a hill surrounded by a green park in the town of Polcenigo, a few kilometers from Sacile. The organization will provide transportation for people who need, from the Palamicheletto up to the restaurant and back by bus (indicate on the registration form).

SATURDAY LUNCH
The "Dojo Sacile" has made contact with some restaurants in the area who can provide a meal for €. 12,oo that you will pay on the spot. Your indication on the application form will provide the organization about the approximate number of people. A list of restaurants that join the convention can be read on the notice board inside the Dojo.

DAN TESTS
Those who need to speak personally or wish to take the examination with Saito Hitohira Sensei during the Koshukai, are kindly requested to contact Maestro Alessandro Tittarelli by phone or Email, at least one week before the event, in order to organize all in the remaining available spaces.
